Who we are

This site is operated by AggreForge Limited, registered in England and Wales (company number 17022678). Registered office: 43 Coniston Court, Holland Road, Hove, BN3 1JU. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, email us at info@aggreforge.co.uk.

What we collect and why

When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we collect the details you provide (name, company, email address, phone number and the details of your enquiry). We use this information to respond to you and to prepare your quotation, and we keep it only as long as we need it for that purpose. We do not sell your details or share them with anyone outside the business, except where we need to pass delivery details to a supplier or haulier to fulfil your order.

Cookies

The site sets a small number of essential cookies that are needed for it to work, such as a session cookie and a security token. These do not track you and do not need your consent.

With your consent, we also use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site, which helps us improve it. Clarity records how pages are used, such as clicks and scrolling, with form fields masked. These cookies are only set if you choose Accept on the cookie banner. You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer, and you can find out more about how this data is processed at policies.google.com/privacy and privacy.microsoft.com.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, email info@aggreforge.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
